Overview

In this guide, you will find instructions on how to import your students using the CLT online platform. This is a necessary step for getting registered and ready to test. These instructions apply to the CLT and CLT10.

The term register refers to getting your test date scheduled with CLT. Your school is considered registered for a test when you have scheduled your assessment using this form or by reaching out to your sales representative. Registration for a test must occur prior to importing students for that test.

<aside> 📃 The term import refers to getting your students’ information into your school administrator portal by uploading a .csv or .xlsx of your student roster. Importing must be done after you have registered for the test in question — not before. Instructions are below.

Instructions

You will import all your students for one test at the same time by following the instructions below.

If you are registering students for multiple tests, you will import one spreadsheet for each test.

Log in to your CLT school administrator account, resetting your password if necessary. If you have any questions about your login, please email [email protected].

You are free to share your login information with your colleagues, but please exercise caution if you do so. Anyone with access to your school administrator account will be able to view all your students' scores and analytics.

If you prefer to use a shared email address (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]), you may do so. Please contact us and we will create an account under that username.
