Communication Guidelines and Resources

General Communication Policy

All test administration emails coming from CLT will come from the [email protected] email address. Please ensure that this address is in your address book and that your email client does not flag our emails as spam or marketing.

It is CLT’s policy that we communicate all testing information to a single point of contact (testing coordinator) at the client school. We do not communicate with other stakeholders, such as accommodations or proctors, during the test preparation process. The role of delegating those various roles falls to the school’s designated testing coordinator.
