Preparing For Your Test

Please review completely and well in advance of your test administration, as the following covers details about dates and deadlines, communication, and your online Test Manager Account!

The Test Manager

• The test manager orders exams and receives all test-related communication from CLT, including:
  • Deadlines and test day prep
  • How to log into the Test Manager Account (to access test information, scores, analytics)
• The test manager is responsible for completing the Test Administration Report after the test is administered and for accessing scores once released.

Your CLT3-8 Test Manager Account

You can view upcoming tests, access codes, and relevant information for test day in your Test Manager Account. On the Dashboard, you can access:

• This administration manual
• Information on how to prepare proctors and start tests
• The Test Administration Report (complete after full administration)

Your Test Manager Account has several additional sections:

Registrations: Here you will find number of tests ordered and test access codes. These codes will be visible two weeks before the testing window.

Analytics: Where to ****find scores/analytics once released.

Test Resources: Contains sample tests, info about test design and content, etc.

Test Access Codes

In the Registrations section of your account, you will see a unique code for each test type you are administering. Each access code is unique both to your test account and that test type.

For example, if you are administering the CLT3, CLT4, and CLT5, you will have three test access codes (one for each type).
